Besides the big three (40k, fantasy battle and LotR), Games Workshop have a bunch of "specialist games". The fun thing is that many of their rulebooks and supplements are now available on their website since many of the games are now out of print.

I think Mordheim and Necromunda are two of the best games they ever made. Though I've played very little of Battlefleet Gothic it was fun and imagining the scale of the ships puts most Sci Fi ships to shame.
